Free Delivery on 3+ items, Exchangeable and Returnable


After receiving an email from us to confirm the products availability, we will send you the detail of all costs.

    The delivery by Kerry Express.

    1. We require the transfer of payment to us prior to the arrangement. If we have not received the payment within

        24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 

    2. Please provide us a copy of your bank slip after you have transfered via email in order to confirm the payment.

        We will process your order on the next business day and provide you the tracking number detail.    


    The delivery by Messenger Service.

    1. For your convenience you can choose to arrange the payment by transfer to us prior to the delivery.

    2. Payment upon arrival, payment must be made by bank transfer only, which you can process the transfer at ATM

        or by Mobile Banking. Once you have transferred, please provide us a copy of your bank slip via SMS or LINE to

        confirm the payment, then the messenger will give the products to you.


Due to all products being imported from USA and we have limit in sizes, therefore, we may require you to exchange or return within a shorter time period as per below detail. 

1. All products must be returned in good condition, unworn, unwashed and no damage with the original tag     

    attached, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue an exchange or refund and the package

    will be sent back to you at your own cost.

2. If you would like to exchange styles, sizes or return please let us know by email and return the items back to us

    within 2 days from the date you receive the items. 

3. To return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for your own expenses. We will process the exchange

    products to you on the next business day after receiving the product back. We recommend you choose a

    trackable delivery service. 


4. To return the items and receive a refund (Online & Email Order Only). We will  transfer the money back to your

    account on the next business day after we receive product back and you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. 

    ** Excluded Evening Dresses, Final Sale/Clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned.

    ** Extra Discount Sale items that order through online & email can be exchanged but cannot be returned.

        And the exchanged items must be the same amount or higher.


    ** If you decided to return all items in your purchase, the refund will be issued for the total price minus shipping fee.
